I lost my job because I refused to back down from what I believed — that real transformation starts with taking responsibility. It felt like everything I’d worked for disappeared overnight.

Soon after, my wife and I faced one of the hardest challenges of our lives: we suffered a miscarriage. We were devastated and lost. But in that pain, we chose to fight for something better.

My wife rebuilt her strength and became a certified nutrition coach. Together, we took our grief, our doubts, and our lessons and created Real North Training — a fitness coaching program built on truth, accountability, and real results.

At Real North Training, we help men and women lose weight, gain muscle, and build the discipline to transform their bodies and lives. If you’re ready to stop making excuses and start seeing real change, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
